Peaks Resort & Spa

I can't imagine a hotel in Telluride with a more perfect location.

Beautiful location for the hotel as it sits up on the mountain and looks over the country and mountains like it's kingdom.

The staff has been great, the location can not be beat, the ski valet is awesome.

When we got to the airport it turned out that they had all of their suitcases, skis etc, still sitting at the hotel.

In the end the hotel drove the hour and a half with their luggage to the airport and made it about 10 minutes before we boarded the flight.

It was very clean, all the necessary things in it (King size bed, safe, TV, coffee machine, small refrigerator, bath robs, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, etc - You can see were I am going with this…).

I asked for a room with two double beds and mentioned that we are a party of three men and would like a roll-away bed if possible.

The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, and despite the fact the tubs were removed from the bathrooms, the bathrooms themselves are large and have huge showers.

Rooms are a nice size, the bathroom is wonderful with two sinks, separate shower and tub, and ample space.

The rooms are very nice and the linens are very good quality, the bathrooms are nice and their is no tub which is disappointing.

Breakfast in the coffee bar is ok, but the restaurant is over priced and the quality is terrible.

Breakfast at Legends was good, and apres-ski drinks at the lobby bar were delicious- I highly recommend a Downhill Dream to warm you up after a day of skiing.

Food: In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel coffee shop.

Breakfast buffet was seriously overpriced and there was only 2 servers in the entire restaurant.

I should add, by the way, that this bar area is also their main restaurant.

I attempted to contact the manager to discuss my experience only to be told by the front desk staff that the manager was very busy.

The staff was indifferent, the rooms tired and dirty and the maid service awful.

Well maintained public areas, telluride is beautiful and front desk staff could not be more pleasant.

Staff was attentive, our room was large and food was great as well as service.

We didn't receive any spa treatments, but the spa facilites (pool, gym, etc) are very nice as well.

Each day we went to the Spa to steam, then got our robes and slippers from them to take out to the pool.

We did grab bfast pastries at The Lift, located just outside of the spa.

My room was clean & room service made a special dinner for my small children.

Once we were changing into our bathing suits for the spa when they came to clean the room and we asked if she could wait a couple of minutes, and she politey waited in the hall until we left, then cleaned our room!

Room service was professional and fresh flowers were on the cart when the food arrived.
