Peabody Hotel Little Rock - 小岩城

Located near to the river, the location is perfect and the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed at.

Fast room service Great location with nearby market, restaurants, and museums.

They come down in the glass elevator from their second floor location and it is hilarious to see their duck heads peering out of the window of the elevator.

Free Shuttle to / from the airport (leaves every ½ hour).

The hotel was not only next door to the convention center but actually connected via an underground hallway, which was very convenient.

We stayed on the 17th floor and had a lovely non-smoking (if a bit small) room w/ King bed and modern (also small) bath.

My preference of a King bed was not met when I arrived, and I was told the room had two Queen beds, but when I opened the door to the room, it was two doubles.

The good: The bed was fabulous, the room was nicely decorated, and turndown service was lovely.

First of all, the beds are so comfortable there, that we felt tempted to order our own Peabody bed for our house.

Minuses: The bed could have been a little more comfortable; The salad I ordered from room service was mediocre.

Room was spacious and clean, the Mallard Bar were both awesome, restaurant food was superb.

The bar staff was great and our meal in the restaurant was good.

Restaurant and the Mallard Bar were both awesome, a little pricey but food and drinks were high quality.

I would have rather just went to the bar/restaurant as they are nice.

My husband ate at the restaurant and said the food was very good although extremely pricey - for him and our 5 year old it was almost 90 dollars.

Front desk staff is very rude, yet reservations manager attempted to rectify all that went wrong.

Bar area was great - they had a saxophonist, staff were very polite and attentive, the concierge was very helpful.

The lobby was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and the concierge was exceptionally helpful and nice.

Turndown service was lovely, the concierge was nice and the check-in process was quick and easy.

However, if you are here on business be advised that there is no coffee maker in the room, there is a charge to use the fitness room, parking is only valet, and the doors slam very hard within the hotel.

I stayed at the Peabody for a business trip, although I was a little disappointed that there was a $5 a day extra fee for the fitness room, and a $15/day for parking, the hotel itself far exceeded my expectations.

The parking is free, the cookies provided at Check in are great, and they have a pool!

My room, on an upper floor, was very quiet and clean, and generally comfortable.

Customer service was quite attentive and rooms were clean.

Our room was beautifully furnished and very clean.

Very close to many attrractions and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The room was large and clean which is all you can ask for.
