The restaurant food was outstanding, and the front desk clerk recommended an incredible pizza place for delivery when we checked in. The staff was amazing, especially the ability to bring our pup along, which was so relaxing. 🐶 The mountain views and breakfast were unforgettable experiences. The only downside was the limited public transportation hours, which made getting back late a bit tricky. a fantastic stay with lovely staff, delicious food, and breathtaking views.

The spacious room with two king size beds had jaw-dropping views of the city and mountains. The pool area was a perfect place for the kids to burn off some steam, and the breakfast at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. The location was great, just minutes away from downtown. This was our first time staying in a hotel after years of cabins, and we would definitely book here again! The rooms were cozy and clean, the food was beyond delicious, and the lack of lines for meals was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the convenience of the trolley to downtown. My daughter said it was the nicest and coolest hotel she's ever stayed in, and she can't wait to come back. While there was a small issue with room cleaning, the front desk was quick to apologize and make it right. an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations.

The pool was sparkling clean and I enjoyed some refreshing soft drinks at the karaoke bar, while my room had lovely views and could do with a few updates.

I tried the special St Patrick's Day menu - yum! The area overflowed with fun stuff to do, from waterparks to museums. The lobby's view of the mountains was stunning, creating a lovely backdrop for family celebrations. The staff helped plan my adventures, making my stay memorable. clean and close to a monsterous hill. stunning mountain views all around. the free trolly picks up right out front. breakfast was good, and we had an excellent server - mrs. sindi - with a nice window view.

The rooms were big and luxurious, hotel's staff were honest people on night shift. The best continental breakfast with omelets made to order, truly enjoyed the food choices.

It was a quaint place, had highly courteous and attentive stuff with great service from the front desk and helpful staff.

Ho soggiornato in un hotel nel centro della città, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. La posizione è stata molto comoda per visitare la città e spostarmi facilmente. La camera era pulita e confortevole, con una bellissima vista dal balcone. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, permettendomi addirittura di fare il check-in in anticipo. La colazione era discreta e il wifi funzionava bene. Nel complesso, sono rimasto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno.

L'unico aspetto negativo è stato che la pulizia della camera non è stata molto dettagliata. Ho notato alcuni piccoli dettagli trascurati, come un pelo di fianco al lavello e degli insettini morti nell'attaccatura dello stesso.

The bartender went above and beyond, ensuring we had the perfect dining experience and even lighting the fireplace in the lounge to combat the arctic temperatures. The hotel felt like a cozy home with comfortable beds, a welcoming living space, and friendly staff. The well-maintained facilities offered a fantastic pool and pet-friendly area. Our room on the 5th floor boasted a breathtaking view of the downtown area and mountains. We will definitely be returning for another enjoyable stay.
