Pand Hotel Bruges - 布鲁日

I would definitely recommend The Pand Hotel to my family and friends as the location is perfectly situated for all the major sites, yet it manages to hold its charm and is peaceful enough, away from all the hordes of tourists.

Well situated near the centrum and exactly says on the label - a small luxury hotel in a wonderful location.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk into the main square and great little hotel located perfectly in Bruge to walk to everything.

There is a secure underground carpark about 30 yards away from the front of the hotel which you can use once you have unpacked and that costs 8E per night.

At the end of our stay we were personally shown to our taxi and thanked for our custom!

The room is as advertised, excellent bed, linen, bathroom & shower, separate toilet.

Instead the room was beautifully decorated, with very comfy beds, english tv, very well cleaned and chocolates on your bed every night.

We were shown to our room which was a little small, but highly presented with a lovely king size bed and marble bathroom.

Our room, the Damask Jr Suite n°108 was a lovely, spacious room and the four-poster bed was very comfortable, crisp white linen and everything was absolutely spotless.

The jr suite was nicely done with a sitting area and a 4 poster bed, they have a nice big bathroom and we had a little balcony over-looking brugge.

This is a wonderful hotel with charming rooms a lovely lounge and bar and an excellent breakfast in a peaceful setting.

In particular, I would like to highlight the champagne breakfast (NB: costs extra) and the common areas (library/salon, bar, outside lounge) as very high quality.

Brugge has not much going for itself at night and the Italian restaurant we ate in (Il Pillo) was one of the worst restaurants i had ever been to without kidding.

The breakfast room is lovely, also only a 10 minute walk to the best local gem of a restaurant.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts was lovely in the breakfast room.

The location was excellent - a very short walk to the main attractions, the staff at this hotel was by far the most accommodating and the reception was super friendly and helpful.

I noticed a previous reviewer got overcharged for breakfast - this happened to us as well, but once we pointed it out, the reception staff sorted it out with no problems.

There were also times when staff levels seemed extremely low with the receptionist taking phone calls, escorting guests to bedrooms and making coffee for others guests leaving the entrance to the hotel open to all and sundry.

The breakfast is a must, a real event - the staff who provided the table service were so lovely and friendly, the food was fantastic and a glass of champagne is a fabulous way to start the day!

We stayed in a junior suite which overlooked garden terrace on the 4th floor ( lift available).

We'd love to return there sometime and try out the sauna!

Parking - We used the hotels facility, a little expensive but gave us excellent peice of mind and was right by the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Our room was extremly clean and staff were polite and helpful.

Our two rooms were lovely, comfortable and very clean.

Otherwise, be sure, that you will have a room which all the comfort, quietly, clean and full of small attentions!

We stayed in the Ralph Lauren Junior Suite, which was so charming, extremely clean and offered a great view of Brugges' rooftops.
