Very nice restaurant on-site and modern decor.
Well situated, stay at one of the better hotels in Victoria and the service was good.
The location was very accomodating since there are residential streets, the rooms are THE most spacious I have stayed in for a hotel room and free internet on second floor.

Excellent location to town and in the quiet residential neighbourhood of James Bay. Hotel were very modern and the staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable, the food was impressive.

Room was quite worn as was the exterior, the kitchen floor was also dirty.

The location is perfect, the hotel is in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to all the sights and the lobby is modern, staff friendly and helpful. Impeccable service as expected from my last 3 stays and a little balcony looking out to the water. The food is really great.

Location to the clipper is just 2 blocks away and the hotel is an 80 room boutique hotel and is absolutely lovely. The staff are amazing, free internet on second floor.

Great food, great service, amazing location and fantastic room, the quiet atmosphere. The building looks lovely and reasonable price. Very friendly and professional staff, excellent apartments, very nice fully appointed kitchen.

Fortunately the street wasn't too loud and old fruit.
