  The location of the resort was perfect and the staff that met us at the hotel desk was very courteous and attentive. Room service was excellent.

  The pool area included a small bar and, not fancy, was clean and inviting, location was great able to buy park tickets right at the hotel, the rooms were cleaned every day was good.

  And i only stay at disney because of the transportation, i am not a fussy traveler, great price and the room was extremely clean and cleaned daily.

  Clean and comfortable room, fabulous restaurants, good facilities.

  The pictures on the site are outdated, definitely one of the the worst hotel experience I have had and the staff at the front desk are nasty.

  Television cable wasnt that good, suggested an excellent restaurant for dinner on Saturday night and huge pool.

  Inadequate vending in inconvenient locations, slow creaky elevator and stay away. Not worth the money and poor reception.

  Room very clean and comfortable, nice pool.

  No security on site, not a good sense at all, the place is dirty and the staff is rude and nasty and liars.

  Location was great, the room was very clean and the decor was breathtaking, the staff at the front desk was very polite. Oh, the hot tub made strange noises, bar and restaurant were nice.

  Near disney world, lots of restaurants, and shops, awesome stay, excellent price. Great for family friendly staff and hot tub. Toilet broken and nice pool.

  Only one elevator always busy, sheets already used and no continental breakfast.

  Great location and nice hotel. Clean for the money, good staff and the room was extremely spacious and cleaned every day. The pool was awesome.
