Orlando Metropolitan Resort - 奥兰多

Two positives for me were the location (although there's plenty other motels/hotels nearby) and we did receive $20 compensation as a maid had taken one of my t-shirts, which had been rapped in a towel to dry.

The hotel is easy to get too and has a good location that makes it close to things.

The location of the motel is great with some nice eateries nearby.

I arrived late at night because of a terrible series of incidents (specifically, a particular airline, and a particular airport) and was greeted by two clerks who looked more like bouncers!

Rent a car if you can; taxis' are expensive!

Our room consisted of a King size bed, pull out sofa bed, table and chairs, desk w/chair, dresser with a microwave on it, 19" tv with dorm room refridgerator, full closet with safe, coffee maker and of course a full bath.

The tile was chipped in the bathroom and the sink had a crack in it that had been repaired, but the floors, beds, bathtub and toilet were clean.

We stayed in a standard room with 2 Queen beds, we also had an ensuite bathroom, tv, coffee maker, hairdryer, fridge etc.

There was only 2 double beds in the room, so we had to hire a portable bed for one of the children.

Every day the room was well made up, the bathroom cleaned and restocked with plenty of hand and bath towels, face cloths and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

Only ate at the restaurant once but it was lovely (and the small snack bar/starbucks in the lobby was great for little snaks).

Other hotel facilities include a reception area, small shop and games room, café, smallish bar, restaurant, pool table [half size I think?

Great cocktails in bar, fabulous restaurants and a wonderful waitress.

The pool, restaurant, and coffee bar were well maintained.

Unfortunatley I can't comment on the restaurant as we never used it, but used the bar on a few occasions.

The regular (day) staff at the front desk were very helpful, articulate, and friendly.

Pros: The location on International Drive was great, the hotel itself was nice and the regular staff at the front desk were very helpful.

When we first arrived we were given a room on the ground floor by the car park, but the reception staff were more than happy to move us to a higher floor room when we requested it.

All very clean, lovely outside bar, pool open till late, nice gardens, easy to find parking space.

The pool bar is convenient as is parking.

As a few other reviews we found ther spa pool by the swimming pool far too hot during the day!

Another bonus was the hotel has WI-FI (FREE!

The new rooms were spotless clean and very modern and comfortable.

The rooms were of a good size, clean and tidy.

Our room was clean and tidy, no problems at all.

The room was very clean and was cleaned very well each day.

We are out all day and only require somewhere to sleep at night so as long as the room and pool are clean and well maintained and the staff friendly I’m happy.
