Obviously the location is great, the Oread is a huge and the lobby is very clean and contemporary. Service is outstanding as well and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The patio bar on the top is sick really nice at night and the food is fantastic.

Wonderful location, beautiful hotel and excellent restaurants in the building. Reasonable rates, a very nice lobby bar and the staff were at the elevator to direct our guests to the terrace for the wedding. The room was extremely spacious, well appointed and quiet, the food was disappointing.

The location was convenient for our college visit at ku, everyone at the hotel was very nice, pleasant attitudes and helpful, front desk were nice and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well and was beautiful, the food was very tasty.

Great location, beautiful exterior decor and the staff is very nice and friendly. The bathroom is large and terraces are spectacular. The restaurants are fabulous and the service is impeccable, the menu should be updated to describe correctly, the Oread is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. The conference facilities are very good.

Loved the views and great design. Beautiful building and room, very friendly staff, i liked the shower and the shutters on the windows. Complimentary wireless, good fitness equipment and wonderful food options.
