Onyx Hotel - A Kimpton Hotel Boston - 波士顿

The location is excellent, the hotel is very well situated in the Financial District and the staff is very friendly.

We stayed 4 nights at the Onyx, it is located within a 10 minute walking distance from Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, -- a good location to some attractions except it is smack in the middle of Government Center, a very gritty area.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very near the subway and not too far from the freedom trail and right next to the basketball venue.

We were just two blocks from Fanueil Hall and most downtown attractions, and there was a 7-11 and a subway station right around the corner.

Getting a cab there was no problem, and we were about 10 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are tiny, but the bed was huge, the furniture quirky and fun, the room was definitely big enough for sleeping but not much else.

Our room included a King Bed, entertainment center, desk, upholstered chair with a good sized bathroom.

The room was an average size with a above average bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

We had a king sized bed, very nice bathroom, desk, tv, iron, floor to ceiling windows, free wifi.

The large bed did not leave any space in the room but the plush bathrobe and the stylish furniture were worth giving up some space.

Complimentary wine in evenings & a small restaurant/bar serving breakfast & dinner.

Had an awesome breakfast at Kinsale an Irish restaurant nearby as well.

Pillows were heavenly, the bar/restaurant was quiet.

The bar/restaurant was quiet and had a limited menu but was adequate for our needs.

I was told that I could order food from the restaurant and eat it in my room.

The service at the hotel was outstanding from the front desk, concierge, bartenders, etc.

This Hotel from start to finish is quite well run although quite small, It is the front line staff need a serious amount of training in customer services, the front desk staff are not only rude but do nothing to accommadate you for any request.

I overheard the waitress apologize to another hotel guest about the slow service - she said that half the staff had called out and were unable to make it in because of the snow storm.

I really still like the large hotel with a big lobby and even a pool which this hotel lacks.

The lobby area and Ruby Lounge are nicely furnished, the elevators are swift, pets are allowed and it is overall an attractive boutique-type hotel.

It is more of a hassle to drive and find parking than to walk or take the T.

I loved the high speed internet access - and when I had trouble connecting, I called their help desk, who had me zooming around on the internet in no time - and at no cost!

The rooms are averaged-size (for an urban hotel) and very clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and room was clean.

Amazing design, great service and the room was clean.

The bathroom was spacious and very clean.

The little bar in the lobby was great, the staff were attentive without being 'false and the room was clean.
