We used the pool/turkish bath/hot tub area every day after long hikes, this hotel has the potential to be truly amazing and the room size is really huge.

In addition the main bath room is small the stayl is nice.

The rooms are sunlit well appointed - ours had a remakable view to the Matterhorn, the entire hotel is also very clean and a FABULOUS hot tub looking out at the Matterhorn.

Moreover the staff were superb, great room - we stayed in one of the larger suites and food was excellent.

The modern spa is extensive having relaxing areas and well worth a stay you are planning a trip to wonderful Zermatt.

    Sauna area were fantastic, drop-off at the train station was great and the tower suite we had booked was just amazing. Also the hotel was modern, courteous service had defined the unique style of the Omia and competence of the staff was excellent. Bath was spacious and breakfast was good.

    The Location is amazing and the design of the hotel has to be one of the best i have ever seen. Rates appear to be going up big next year and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are very modern and outdoor jacuzzi looking out at the Matterhorn. Nice pool/sauna section.

    Great lounge area and the Omnia is the most amazing hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff is warm, the hand-held shower hardware is beautiful and the bar is wonderful. The breakfasts are the best and facilities are excellent.

    Beautiful view from the terrasse, the location of the hotel is very convenient and the Staff are extremely helpfull. The room is so well built i took notes to do up my apartment the same way and the spa/jacuzzi facilities are amazing. The restaurant is excellent.
