The Omnia is a luxurious four-star property situated amidst the studding setting of the Swiss Alps. The hotel is located in a beautiful ski resort of Zermatt boasting 350km of skiable area, the best skiing facilities, slopes for beginners and advanced skiers and picturesque landscapes.

The city downtown is a pedestrian area full of little shops and boutiques, traditional taverns and cozy cafes, excellent for long strolls and various entertainments. The Omnia hotel however has all possible on-site amenities including bar and restaurant, wellness area and fitness center to allow guests to enjoy themselves without leaving the property.

There are double, double queen rooms, deluxe double rooms, corner suites, Omnia tower suites and Matterhorn suites (with the entrance fee to the Matterhorn Ski Paradise included). All rooms feature bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries, heating, Wi-Fi, phone, satellite TV, mini-bar, safe. Extra beds and cots are available upon a prior request. The children under six years are charged CHF 60 per night; the children from six to 16 and adults are charged CHF 180 per night. Getting there

The hotel is set atop the hill overlooking the roofs of the traditional Swiss chalets and little houses of the town. It is very close to the downtown and to the ski slopes. It is convenient to the railway station and a bus stop making it easily accessible from the airport.

Getting around

An airport shuttle and even a helicopter service can be arranged by the staffs. The airports of Malpensa and Agno are 88 and 90km away respectively.

Brilliant views of the matterhorn and after trying the public bus and walking, we finally just got a taxi. Hotel location was the best and we booked the cheapest room in the house, and you know , was lovely. The staff were helpful, kind and bath was spacious.

Incredible views of zermatt, the taxi service from train was very nice and the tower suite we had booked was just amazing. Hotel room was very comfortable and the best meals we found in the town. The staff were lovely and the sauna and hot tub were particularly useful after a long day of hiking. The mattress was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection.

And, again, fantastic views and a spectacular hotel. The building itself is very interesting and the location can', the rooms are in the same clean style. The staff is polite, and a FABULOUS hot tub looking out at the Matterhorn and the spa/jacuzzi facilities are amazing. The restaurant is excellent.

View of the matterhorn from the outdoor spa was spectacular, the hotel was absolutely beautiful and service were all top notch and impressive. The room was amazing and really good and the breakfast was great. A verSion of eggs benedict that was the best i have ever had and facilities were excellent.

Great location, contemporary and clean design and also very reasonable price. The architecture and interior is as amazing as is functioning, staff is super friendly, the pool, spa and hot tub facilities are fantastic. The restaurant has big, long tables and a log fire.

The pool area has amazing views of the matterhorn and is perfect for chilling out in, exceptional hotel right in the middle of town. The staff are fantastic and rooms are clean. The breakfasts are the best and will keep you going all day skiing.

The bar area is very chilled out and comfortable, the Omnia is a great hotel. The staff are extremely helpfull and the main bath room is small the stayl is nice. The food in its restaurant is the best we have tried in zermatt.

We used the pool/Turkish bath/hot tub area every day after long hikes, wonderful stay and excellent service by helpful and thoughtful staff. The room was clean and restaurant was very good. Spa were pure heaven.

Matterhorn suite has a lovely view of the matterhorn, quality of service delivered like no other experience before and the staff is wonderful. Room is kept always clean and the restaurant is among the best in Zermatt.
