It's in a great location; close to the waterfront, but not so close that you would be disturbed by people lounging around.

Close proximity to great restaurants and location is excellent.

The location is good, the hotel rooms are spacious and a great restored building just 5 minutes stroll to the harbour.

If you pick up a car at the airport they'll give you directions, you'll need these as the hotel is on a one way system.

Great Location in central Hobart, richmond Port Arthur all well worth the money and the car park is free.

As all the standard hotel rooms were booked the night we stayed, we opted for a studio apartment room, but were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment room on arrival, and it was very big!

Spa rooms are spectacular with king size bed and huge spa in same room.

My one-room suite included a bedroom, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and separate toliet-room.

A generous lounge/diner with a kitchen, laundry room and extra toilet off it, and a good sized bedroom and bathroom.

The location is central, the studio room is much better than the hotel bedroom and good water pressure in the showers.

We organised breakfasts for ourselves but did have one excellent evening meal in the restaurant.

There is the option of room service or a buffet breakfast in the Stockman’s Restaurant.

We had a good breakfast in the Stockman's Restaurant before we had to get back to the airport.

The property has a restaurant and a bar and offers free car parking for guests.

We ate in the hotel's restaurant which was fine.

The staff on reception were all friendly and the room was comfortable.

The rooms were very quiet and even though the hotel was holding a wedding reception on our first night, we didn’t hear a thing and it didn’t affect our service.

That pride is found throughout the hotel - from the front desk, to the restaurant staff right on through those who work to make guests comfortable and happy.

Parking an issue - if hotel close to maximum occupancy, staff direct guests to a public facility in town (no shuttle provided even late at night and limited direction given).

Great jacuzzi, the food was fresh and hot.

The apt was large, clean and fresh smelling (although the carpet in the living room was slightly stained).

Staff are super friendly and the bathroom is modern and clean.

The carpets have been really clean in all of the rooms I have stayed in so I reckon that the guy who had the bad experience must have been very unlucky.

Additionally the apartment was very clean and well appointed the food was great.

Reasonable for the price, staff friendly and the room very clean without being luxurious.
