Check out room 314 the one with the bullet hole in the window, next to the bed.

We booked a 2 bed non-smoking room and were initially put in a smoking room with one bed.

As I carried my sleeping daughter into the room, I noticed a pile of dirty towels on the floor by the bathroom.

The rooms, swimming area and hot tub were clean and comfortable.

The ceiling in the bathroom was about to cave in, I had to ask twice for shampoo in the room upon arrival and the food in the restaurant was on a par with college dorm food.

The Oaks Hotel and Conference Center also has an indoor pool, a restaurant and bar right on the premises, and courteous staff.

In the morning, and thankful to wake, I went to breakfast but the waitress (in front of my colleagues mind you) asked me to check with the receptionist to see if I was allowed to eat breakfast.

The morning breakfasts were better than average.

They provided shuttles to a training class each day, they provided a shuttle to the train, they suggested great restaurants and places to visit, they really made me feel at home while away for a week of training.

We enjoyed the pool, and we walked to a nearby Max and Erma restaurant for a fun dinner.

Interaction with: Sales Manager, Catering Manager, multiple front desk personnel, 2 hotel shuttle drivers, restaurant and catering staff.

Accomodating staff, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, the service at meals was great.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly when we checked in Friday evening.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time last weekend and I was quite pleased with the service the young lady at the front desk provided me.

Aside from her, the rest of the staff was friendly and accomodating (the shuttle driver, restaurant servers and housekeeping staff), but the hotel was nowhere near as nice as its website would lead you to believe.

The hotel offers free parking for up to 14 days if you stay at least one night at the hotel.

The only minor problem is that the shuttle from the hotel only leaves on the hour.

Hot tub were clean and comfortable, the restaurant staff was also very nice and friendly.

The staff was very helpful in making arrangements and our room was spotless.

Our room was spotless, and every contact we had with the staff was more than satisfactory.

Everything was clean: the room, halls, dinning room, bar and pool.
