        The hotel disagree to provide me free transfer to the airport and service is prompt and friendly. The rooms are ultra modern and the tea / coffee would turn out to be either too creamy or too sweet.

        The hotel provided a complimentary drop too and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable, food was good and the spa offered a great massage and the gym has nice equipment.

        The hotel is in a central location and close to Pune airport, the service is always good, the rooms are really nice designed, clean and neat. The gym is just ok.

        Friendly staff and great rooms. The food served was good.

        The mattress was not very comfortable and the quality of the bed linen could have been better, service in the bar was extraordinarily slow and inefficient.

        Five minutes from the railway station was great as we had to catch an early morning train and our stay was awesome. House keeping staff were amazing, efficient, friendly and the interiors and the ambience was good. Service was excellent, the Suite room was very nice, clean and the pillow options were wonderful. Restaurant ambiance was nice.

        Nice design in a good location and comfortable stay. The room service was really good, excellent staff and decoration, extra bed was looked into promptly and satisfied, the rooftop restaurant had great food. The facilities were amazing.

        Good location and nice decor. Stylish interior, the attentive staff and best of luck to owner. Large and comfortable room, sauna steam is not available, lastly the breakfast is amazing also. The spa is great.

        Nice location for business comfortably designed room exellent breakfast really and worth a stay. The 24*7 lobby restaurant kitsch is wonderful, service is perfect and the innovation for a bath tub in Bedroom is fantastic. The food is also pretty well and the infinity pool concept is also a good decision.

        Overall a nice relaxing stay and beautiful interiors. Great warmth by the staff, good shower and liked the bathtub. Best food and just in front of sadly famous German bakery.
