  All the clubs & shops are just a walk down the street, the pool area was beautiful and the hotel is located very close to the main shopping strip of Kuta, the staff are lovely and the standard of cleanliness is very high. The rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast excellent check in out very good.

  Good pool / relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Very clean and nice room, n snacks excellent, fresh fruit. Spa treatment has gone up in price as well.

  The hotel is small, staff are great and the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day including the linen. The pool had a nice swim up bar also and breakfast could be a lot better as things seem to run out fast.

  The hotel is small, the staff are all beautiful and the rooms smell delightful as a result of this. A lovely complimentary breakfast is included in the price, pool is cleaned daily in morning.
