I know its a hotel and can't expect perfect silence,but can expect some consideration as a paying customer.
Very good location, close to beach and this is a stunning hotel in a fantastic setting.
Lovely quiet location only a short walk to the beach or the town, the hotel itself is beautiful and staff is also great at making golf arrangements.
I had a quick stroll in the grounds (the hotel is in a beatiful location) and a good, quiet night's sleep.
There were 2 faucets for hot and cold water a foot apart on sink with a warning that hot water is too hot.
Extremely stylish public areas and 10 minute drive to big shopping plaza.
The bathroom was one of the largest I have seen in a hotel with separate bath and separate shower, a huge sink area with lots of room for toiletries and a tiled floor with underfloor heating.
Lovely big bed, gorgeous bathroom & nice view.
The bed was massive and the bathroom was a good size too.
We booked an Executive room on bed and breakfast.
The room was large with a huge (bigger than kingsize) bed.
The room was excellent, the bar service was very efficient and the breakfast was good.
We ate at the Chaplins restaurant and the service and food was outstanding.
We ate our evening meal in the hotels restaurant.
Shower was great, in the restaurant the meals were excellent and varied.
The standard rooms are so warm and the bar/lounge is very comfortable.
Views were fantastic, from the moment we arrived at reception we were made very welcome and the staff were very polite and friendly.
Very good value for money, excellent service and comportable room free wi-fi staff helpful.

The lobby was attractive, staff were friendly and the receptionist was very welcoming.

We arrived on the friday evening to notice an evening wedding do was in full swing, needless to say that the parking was a nightmare as the car park isn't that big.
The setting of the hotel is beautiful with a well kept mature garden.
