This elegant New Esplanade Hotel is situated in the heart of Perth right next to renowned attractions, such as WACA and Kings Park. Built in 1976, New Esplanade Hotel was renovated in 2009.

    • The location is good, excellent for a first time visitor to the city - very close to train and we liked the locality of the hotel because is close to so many things to do.

      The view and the towels were the only good things in the room, our shower did not work and the water was scalding hot that came out the taps.

      Fabulous location and views, bus and train terminals and the very best Chinese food in Perth city, the hotel was average and I wouldnt say the saff were all that welcoming. Staff were very nice and beds were excellent. Towels were clean.

      Restaurant was permanently closed and the receptionist was not friendly at all.

      The location is really nice and the hotel is located in central Perth CBD. For the price you could get something way better and staff are very friendly. Good water pressure in shower, toilets needs to be well maintained.

      Elevator has not stopped the door has already opened very dangerous, also late of food facilities is poor.

      Good location and lovely room Setting Breakfast. Not bad for the price, happy staff and just nothing. The bathroom was clean as was the fridge.

      Mattress was old and the toilet was old, the tiles on the wall were broken and falling.
