Beach was great and all the bus routes had amazing views.
The hotel has a great pool, at a really good price and only the lobby has been renovated.
Going to Miami downtown by bus is extremely long from the hotel and the rate is way too high.

Direct beach access was great and my ocean view was incredible and the staff were super nice &. The hotel was very disappointing, the room was clean and the pool was our only salvation as the weather was glorious for our four day trip.

The beach was great, the room was a nice size, lovely views of the the city, waterways and as all the hotels in that area were bright and prosperous. The staff were very kind, pool was always warm.

Yes, the beach was great and that's about, all the bus routes had amazing views, the only good thing about the hotel was the Valet service. The staff were friendly, our room was just horrible and clean and kitchenettes were nice. Pool was cleaned every morning.

The beach 's clean and great for activities and the ocean, location is fantastic. The worst hotel experience ever and the rooms are cleaned daily, and new towels and bedding are given daily.

The staff is rude, the valet parking is slow and rude, restaurant has limited. The pool is dirty.

The pool was ok, there was direct access to the beach, our next room was nice, the view of the ocean was amazing and the hotel seemed nice I first drove up. The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant and the bar also had 2 pretty great bartenders.
