Meritage Resort At Napa - 纳帕

The location is away from the action and is located in a corporate park - part of the business venue I assume.

The location is terrible, located in an industrial park and the customer service is terrible.

The resort's location also makes it easy to travel to nearby Sonoma.

If you want to take advantage of the great restaurants Napa has , you will be racking up the taxi cab fares ( we paid $85 to get back from Press not including tip).

A friend of mine had recommended the Meritage Resort in Napa as well as spa Terra, a unique retreat completely underground in a cave and I am happy to report that our stay was absolutely as good as she had explained if not better.

Spacious one bedroom suite with full (large) kitchen, w/d, large bath, Jacuzzi tub, big shower w/ shower head & multiple body sprays.

Our room was perfect, the bed, the bathroom, the decor, the balcony overlooking the pool and the newly planted vineyard and the overall clean and fresh feeling of it all.

The hotel listed the room as a one bedroom suite with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen etc.

The room itself - nice flat screen tv, comfortable bed, but the carpet was quite dirty and this in a hotel that's only been open a few months!

The rooms are very comfortable and extremily clean (king bed study).

Breakfast is on the pricier side but restaurant has nice ambience (nice paintings of horses).

Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

The restaurant for breakfast was lacking, the buffet was very minimum and the menu was even more disappointing.

Breakfast at the restaurant just average.

We went to Siena for breakfast and were pleased to see that there were only a handful of people in the restaurant.

Their staff is very inexperienced and learning the business so service was slow and not to par in most instances though their bartender, Peter was great and concierge services was outstanding.

We cannot say enough about the place, the services and entire staff, from front desk concierges to the therapists, it was by far the most impressive yet relaxing and indulgent experience we have had, and together; that made it really most special!

Concierge service was mostly helpful but never friendly even when asked for routine requests such as dinner reservations.

The small staff walk around like zombies, and the manager has no idea what customer service is.

We enjoyed the pool, bocce ball, the spa, the free wine tastings, the free shuttle to downtown, the hike above the spa to vista point and the rooms which supplied us with a free bottle of sauvignon blanc and several bottles of water and soda.

The pool and jacuzzi are big and the lounge chairs were very comfortable.

Pool and jacuzzi are set at perfect temps.

Hot tub area were clean, we really enjoyed the complimentary wine.

This place is amazing; beautiful decor, great service, the rooms were clean and someone had thought at length about every detail.

The room was large and spartan, felt very airy and clean.

The room at the The Meritage was very clean and well appointed.

I found the room to be quite clean, stylish and equipped with everything one could need and reasonably expect.
