Convenient location to West End, overall the hotel is considered excellent and staff is very friendly.
Poor service, good concierge and everything was fantastic from the staff to the room.
Good location, the best experience during our stay was the room/suite we booked and the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Perfect location for Bond Street shopping, the hotel is very convenient for seeing London and is close to a tube station, the spa is very good and the staff in the spa are great. The rooms are big and have a lot of facilities, bars and restaurant are attractive.
