Comfortable and reasonably well located, hotel in great location, i liked the attitude of the Staff.

The location was conveniently close to the central business district and the position of the hotel for me was good.

The location is perfect and local bus service is very good in Canberra.

Excellent car park facilities, location was good and i chose this hotel.

Well located close to city centre and also is a pick up place for the Explorer Bus.

Also staff were very helpful, beds were very comfortable and the food supplied was pretty nice.

The little bar was nice, welcoming and breakfast was good, the waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The Restaurant was amazing with a great variety of dishes matched with a fantastic wine list.

On top of that it is reasonably priced - if food like this was served in an independent restaurant, it would carry a much higher price tag.

As a solo female business traveller, I don't feel brave enough to venture out to a restaurant in the evening, so it was a real pleasure to find a hotel where I could enjoy really good quality food in-house.

Bar is really lovely lots of comfy seats.

The reception staff were all very helpful and the room was quiet.

Considering the prices for the rooms we stayed in they wer worth it. Although most deluxe rooms don't come with an open balcony it's still a neat place. Definitely going back again for the weekend.

The receptionist JASON was rude, but we exchanged rudeness so it was level for me. Hahahaha.

The location was excellent, very quiet even was on the main street and the hotel was very clean. I liked the fact that the restaurant was within the building, staff were helpful and rooms were cleaned well each day. The little bar was nice, welcoming and breakfast was good, the waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The location is perfect and local bus service is very good in Canberra. The staff could not have been more helpful in telling us to get there from the hotel, the lobby is fine and windows that open for fresh air. Bar is really lovely lots of comfy seats.

I think the building is a little run-down, the receptionist is just attending the needs of other guests and swimming pool is not clean.

The location was excellent and off street parking was good. In addition the hotel was central, staff were friendly and we had a two story room was very clean. The restaurant menu was interesting, the pool was filthy.

The bedside lamps were unable to be turned on and pillows that smelled old.

Location was central and room was quiet as didn’t face Northbourne Avenue. The hotel was fine and the staff were excellent. The suite was spacious, the Restaurant was amazing and facilities were good.

Complimentary on-site parking, an excellent bus service and comfortable and the hotel is quite central. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. Good full breakfast.

Easy to walk to shops and canberra is a very expensive place to stay. The staff are friendly, the older TV didn't work properly and the food is impeccable - perfectly fresh.
