An Istanbul institution since it opened in 1976, The Marmara Istanbul is quite popular for tourists and businesspeople alike. Located right beside busy Taksim Square, it has splendid views from the 10th floor and up and rooms are large and classy. There is a rooftop restaurant and bar and a gym and hamam. Breakfast is 24 Euros extra.

Modern decoration, great staff and the receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
Fabulous breakfast cafe and did i mention great location, the staff were extremely attentive in the entire hotel.
The service was beyond amazing, the breakfast was good enough by the European standards.

Very good location, very convenient place and the staff were courteous and very helpful.

Rooms were kind of smelly in the non smoking floor you could smell cigaretes smoke often and the food was mediocre the service was poor.
