  The location is nice and within walking distance of several areas in the downtown area, magnolia Omaha is a beautiful hotel listed in the historic registry, the rooms vary from luxurious two story sweets.

  A sophisticated oasis in a small mid western city, great hotel and staff were attentive cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was horrible as well.

  Breakfast was fantastic as was the complimentary happy hour in the swanky lounge area and we would stay again, our bed was really comfortable and was a nice place. The staff were very friendly and the food in dining room/lounge was fine.

  A suprisinging excellent stay, friendly staff and the rooms very comfortable and luxurious. Free cookie bar at night, fantastic breakfast and good choice for downtown Omaha. After complimentary cocktails.
