The location is marvellous and pleasant, to the nearby festival. The bets part that it's just next door to good pubs and bars, plus restaurants, restaurant and town centre great. Everything is brand-new, the room is ideal with bedroom and a double bed.

Traditional-style building, great-sized and well stocked rooms with a drink, the bathroom and did n't close properly.

Staff were incredibly welcoming.

We had satisfactory and superb breakfasts at £17. The room was reasonably large, thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly clean bathroom it had. The location of the property was lovely and fantastic, in the restaurant on 1st evening.

Brilliant location for our visit to Lymm Dam around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Found in a lovely area. Ideal, fantastic rooms provided with the Elemis toiletries and bedroom plus comfortable beds.

The service was very efficient, no complains at all, it was just what we needed. All in all we loved large room with a double bed, bedroom, as example.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of town, near public areas, the center, and the river. The breakfast is reasonably priced at £17 and the food is fantastic.
