The hotel was modern and spotless with very amiable and especially helpfulstaff members. Comfortable location - adjacent to Nationwide Arena and Downtown and an obvious tourist area rather than an arts / boutique / mixed use area. Also, close to restaurants and shopping.

Unbeatable location as it's and just next door to the Crowne Plaza, the hockey arena, convention center, several other hotels and geat restauants, the High Street strip and downtown Columbus and the Short North. Downtown Columbus district is absolutely worth visiting.

Magnificent and wonderful location, right next to Arch Park. Brand-new & good sized room with good beds, a big tray, couch.

Everywhere was overall clean, room with a storage space, coffee, and tea/coffee was really modern and airy. The location was great and perfect, a short walk to Central Ohio Fire Museum. The staff where all extremely friendly and excellant.

The room was new-fashioned and fashionable, appreciated exceptionally comfortable bed. It was convenient having a storage, coffee, and a chair. The location was great and comfy, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Central Ohio Fire Museum. We were greeted by efficient, knowledgeable staff.

Rooms are airy and unique with good work space and good beds, for example, food is great. The great restaurant for early breakfast is a nice plus.

Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location directly across the street from the Convention Center and easy access to shopping malls and a market. Easy check in and late check out.

The hotel with brand-new rooms, in a fairly quiet area, to Columbus Convention center. Totally PLEASANT OVERNIGHT stay for a Friday night in Columbus before an Ohio State game.

It has unique and neat rooms to offer with a King bed and great lighting, as example.

I had high hopes for my stay at The Lofts Hotel, and I was not disappointed. The beautiful architecture and attention to detail throughout the property impressed me. My room, with its exposed beams and high ceilings, had a unique charm that I absolutely loved. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with great restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues within walking distance. The spaciousness of the rooms added to the overall comfort of my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of spare blankets and pillows, the broken mini-bar, and the need to request towels, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Lofts. I highly recommend this hotel for its character and convenient location.

Huge rooms, quiet facility, nice bathroom, excellent room, spacious and stylish, thoughtful renovation.

Not obvious to find.

Everyone was lovely, great location, and fun to stay someplace different than the same old hotel type of facility. While they promote valet parking we self parked in the same garage behind the hotel for half the price. Nice feature is coffee in the lobby in the am. Very cozy..we were there during a Hugh rain storm and loved to hear the rain pounding on the roof. Otherwise very quiet. Never heard anyone in the hall or in other rooms. Nice liile sitting area on every floor.

They need to wash the windows. Great eyes view but hard to see through the dirt.

Proximity to Short North

Pillows too thick and very uncomfortable. Bedspread physically too heavy.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The location was great, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and modern decor.

The parking was also a hassle, as there was limited parking available and we had to park quite far away from the hotel. the noise level was quite high at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

It was a unique room. Loved the look!

We were hoping for a fold out couch but they did give us a cot which was good.
