The pool villa was huge and stylish, with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar. It was in a great location really close to Drink Gallery. The staff were genuinely friendly, offered attentive services.

Had an amazing new year experience at this hotel. The stunning architecture and design were a standout, with unique features like red pools and romantic lighting. The location was perfect, right by the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also loved the variety of food options and the ability to control the lighting in our room.

One downside was the strict policy on swimming in the sea, even if we just wanted to walk along the beach. It felt a bit extreme to have a staff member chase after us for being near the water.

I would have thought you would have offered free airport transfer, or even a special price for the service, $500 Baht was a bit steep, when we could have walked out of the front entrance & picked up a Taxi for $300 Baht

Spent Easter holidays at this hotel and it was amazing! We got two complimentary bottles of wine upon arrival, which was a great touch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the beach area and close to great restaurants. The beach was stunning and had plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast spread was fantastic and included a variety of options. The best part was the fantastic staff who were friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
