        Excellent location and facilities, clean, comfortable and near to the town. The decor was tasteful, staff were pleasant and the rooms were kept very clean. The English breakfast was nicely cooked and the waitress was extremely attentive.

        Good location for centre of Leamington Spa, warm welcome and very friendly, hospitable and helpful staff at reception. Clean and comfortable bed, lovely luxury towels. Decent sized cooked breakfast.

        Very small car park, just rather a busy road for us country folk.
