We stayed in room 115 one of the front rooms. Large comfortable. Rooms at back maybe not so? Breakfast good. Decor is in need of a serious looking at. Has massive potential

Reception staff wellcoming and helpful. Breakfast good.

Due for a makeover. Our room had large damp stains on the window wall and the carpet had stains on it.

was very tired, no duvet in the room had to request, shower was rubbish and bathroom tap was hanging off

We were very impressed with the service and the facilities available, all the staff were very friendly and so helpful

I was a bit wary about using the car park under the hotel, I didn't think I would get my little car back out of it again! Also, it took us about 15mins to find the car park as well as it is not signposted at all

The room was very clean and relaxing and the breakfast was Ok but could have been hotter

I liked the location and the decor of the room

I think it was very noisy with a lot of doors banging during the night. There was no hotel information in the rooms explaining about the hotel, breakfast, surrounding areas etc. The staff gave very basic information on request. The room was nice however no one came to clean it until after 5pm. It was not well cleaned before we got there as when the bathroom steamed up we were able to see the name of the previous guest in the mirror. I would not rate this hotel as a 4 star but it is ok for what it is.

Not Much really! We complained about our room which was supposed to be an Executive Room, It was dirty, rotting furniture, generally in a bad state of repair. However we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice and the Bar was quite stylish!

There were never staff in the bar, you had to ask reception. No Mini Bar in the Room.We were told wrong times for Breakfeast on the Monday so had to eat out at an extra expense. There was no Parking. The Rooms werent cleaned properly. This is not a 4 star hotel

Very friendly staff. The recepcionist Daniel really helpful.

A little bit old, need refurbish. The breakfast is most like a 3 stars hotel.

Not a 4* hotel. My opinion as 2.5*. Facility was not great. Room 211 was given to me at first was with broken window in the bathroom and wide open. I stayed with my wife.

The location was good # the deco was nice inside Staff were freindly

The toilet in our room had been used and not flushed upon arrival The window was banging as the wind was fairly strong

Although not the size advertised, the bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Hotel definately not up to 4 star standard and not as advertised. Not a Boutique hotel. Shambollic management. In dire need of a general clean. Room 122 required a piece of wood to prop open the window. Bathroom had no ventilation and the towel heater leaked water. No ventilation in the bathroom and window painted over so could not be opened. Breakfasts well below 4* standard with cold food and very, very basic menu. Altogether a bad experience and a letter has been sent to Management and head office.
