Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. I often went to Grasshopper Too to pick up some food.

My room was well-kept and a nice size with a view over street. The beds with electric blankets and down pillows were very clean. Location: the hotel was just next door to the lake which was beautiful to wake up to, the lakefront-away from the traffic and wind and the center of town.

Great staff with very friendly helpful manager, beautiful studio. Amazing and fantastic location, handy to town centre. Based close enough to lake and the the centre of Taupo, the main shopping area and Close to the Branty Restaurant.

Hotel's location was favourable and unbeatable, to the centre of Taupo. And it was also so close to the shops, the lake which was beautiful to wake up to and restaurants and the supermarket. We were given neat and compact room with space outside, the 2 single beds.

I appreciated the hotel, all the interiors were nice. Booked a superior triple room for the 2 single beds. The facilities were fabulous. The setting was favourable, so close to restaurants and the supermarket, and lake and the the centre of Taupo. It also was very close to the lakefront.

Thank you for the lovely stay on a business trip. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with great furniture and single beds and separate bedroom and care about everyone. Our hotel is set in a residential location next to restaurants and things to do in the Taupo area and the main shopping area.

Had a pleasant stay for 1 night. I’d say that room was well-kept, it had a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge, that's convenient Walk-in showers in the private bathroom was a plus. The location of the hotel was ideal, very close to the lake for a swim. Moreover, it's very close to the garden, restaurants and things to do in the Taupo area, and the shops.

Facilities were great, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was well-kept room with a lounge and netflix. The location was quiet, to a' artisan' cafe, in the fabulous area.

The venue was set in the central position next to the lakefront-away from the traffic and wind as well as Taupo. Furthermore, to a' artisan' cafe.
