We had an incredible stay at this iconic hotel. The staff was exceptional, providing diary class service and making us feel right at home. We were also impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, which were both stylish and respectful of its history and location. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, being very close to the park entrance and the Livingstone restaurant, which was a great spot for meals.
Nothing, all was good.

The views were breathtaking and the pool was refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The history of the property was interesting and evident in the decor. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the well-maintained grounds.
The cost of everything was extreme and the outdated decor was not worth the high price. The location was inconvenient and made it difficult to explore the area without excessive transportation costs.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. The hotel offered an extensive list of activities and experiences like spa center, swimming pool, beauty treatments, garden area, pool with a view. The room was very well appointed with exclusive facilities, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
The only minor issue we experienced was the quality of service, which could have been more attentive.

Located in an ideal spot, just walking distance to the Falls, this charming colonial hotel offers excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with plenty of options and fabulous food in the Stanley restaurant with a pianist playing throughout the evening. For those looking for some relaxation, the pool area is perfect with loungers to relax on under the African sunshine.
The hotel might be a little noisy due to the air conditioning in some rooms.

Luxurious but old-fashioned
We came for a romantic escape and were enchanted by the elegant furnishings that took us back in time. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including great shower pressure and soft towels. We also enjoyed the delicious food, especially the variety of the buffet. The staff was attentive and treated us like royalty, making us feel pampered. The location was convenient, and we could easily explore the area on foot.
The charm could not make up for the outdated facilities. The room was small and in need of renovation, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it hard to sleep.
