Great location and for such a sophisticated hotel.

The location is perfect, the hotel had a wonderful feel to and service could not have been more friendly.

Great location, the other good hotel in town and the staff is very helpful and responsive.

Doormen helpful in solving a dispute between the cabdriver I arranged to take us to the airport and the "next up" driver.

Toiletries were own brand highly chemical and of poor quality, apart from the Dead Sea products which were great, especially the soothing foot balm, ideal after all the walking we did.

The bathroom was also very nice, with a closeted toilet and closeted shower (very much appreciated, when you are sharing a room) and a large comfortable tub with hand-held shower.

The lack of noise and the excellent light-control provided by the two sets of curtains, plus the great bed, resulted in sound and restful sleep for both me and my husband--which is, for me, the most important thing when evaluating a hotel room.

The suit was very spacious but very 70's and the bed (we ordered king) was 2 single beds attached together.

In addition the service was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was the best in all of Israel.

Two sets of controls for all of the lights and both sets of curtains were conveniently located on each side of the bed.

Only drawbacks were lackluster food in the restaurant (althought the breakfast buffet was very good), limited options on the room service menu, and no currency exchange service at the front desk.

Additionally the front desk were so helpful and kind, the bathroom was large, breakfast was good by the standards of israeli breakfasts.

The meat restaurant was excellent, but what we really enjoyed was the breakfast buffet.

The restaurants are all first rate, dont miss the breakfast!

The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful.

Our room had the most wonderful view to the Old City, cable TV was via HOT and the service was lovely - the concierge was able to get me a reservation for 19 people in a restaurant.

The breakfast service was excellent, with a great selection and a staff of professional waiters who are overseen by two supervisors.

Excellent location, the hotel has beautiful grounds and the staff at the front desk are always welcoming and accommodating.

I've heard Barbra loves this place) The lobby is a work of art, the grounds and pool area are luxurious and he service is impeccable.

The pool area is not only beautuful, alright, fabulous, but if you decend to the pool area through the hotel upper lobby, you will catch one of the best views of Jerusalem ever!

We stayed in room 127, a lovely Garden room (one of 11 in the hotel) with a big stone terrace overlooking the gardens, pool, and Old City.

The service levels are very high and rooms are large and clean.

Beautiful rooms stocked daily with fresh fruit and chocolate.
