      Value for all the money we paid, very nice reception and the bathroom was very spacious and clean too. Food at the palms was very good.

      The overall appearance of the hotel is wonderful and the service is extremely good except the room service. The pool i have to admit is just one of the best.

      Overall good stay, friendly staff and the bed was huge and could sleep three easily. Buffet breakfast dinner were awesome.

      All in all we liked the place very much in terms of fun , food and service, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly. The bathroom amenities were fine and we only used the buffet for breakfast, was very good.

      The only good thing about this place is the beach, grounds and Pool are very nice.

      Staff is arrogant and service below standard, the food is not great.

      Pizza was extremely expensive, the duty managers in general were rude and unhelpful.

      Courteous and helpful staff, decent room. Nice and comfy seats in the bar and reception, excellent tea. The great casino consisted of 5 fruit machines and lovely pool.

      Hotel services are slow and ineffective, spa is terribly expensive, at the beach there are afew shacks we did not get to try unfortunately.

      The location is good too and the beach is lovely. The hotel staff are helpful, the lobby etc is very elegant and service is excellent. The rooms are big and the pool is super large and there is a nice bar. Food is decent, other 5* resorts in Goa have a better value for money Spa experiences.

      The pillows are thick and uncomfortable for sleeping, cocktails are overpriced.

      Beach, neat and clean, the rooms are nice and the premises are very well maintained, the significant problem at the hotel is the noise level. The staff are extremely courteous and the shower is efficient and there is always plenty of hot water. The pool and spa attendance is excellent and the towel service perfect, the food is good and there is something for everyone.

      The beach is really clean and uncrowded, the recreation centre for the children are very well stocked and managed. The hotel itself is lovely, lobby area is nice and looks beautiful at night, the pool is huge the staff are helpful in every aspect. The rooms are decent sized and the food in the restaurant is also very good.

      The best beach shacks we tried were lloyds and as we landed at airport we were welcomed by a friendly person. We exhanged our money in margoe as was a better rate than at the hotel, lobby were appropriately appointed and the staff were very helpful to us, the only problem was checking in. Room service was excellent and food was great.
