With a direct view of the Pacific Ocean, Cabanas Seaside Grill is perfect for lunch after a relaxing morning at the pool, a swim with the Dolphins, beach activities or a shopping excursion to Waikiki. Hokus at The Kahala Hotel and Resort is heralded for its innovative fusion fare which melds Hawaiian, Asian and European flavors. Consistently ranked as one of Hawaiis best restaurants.
With a twist on contemporary Island cuisine, Hokus returns to the basics and revamps the classics. The menu has been expanded to include an exotic variety of new dishes, such as Slow Braised Kahuku Pork Belly, Pancetta Crusted Onaga, and Salt Crusted Rack of Wisconsin Lamb, served tableside. The cuisine is fresh, light, and innovative. Ingredients are a mix of fresh locally grown produce and imports from abroad.
Hokus has a breathtaking beachside setting with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from every table in the multi-level dining room. Also competing for guests attention is the open kitchen featuring fiery hot woks, a kiawe wood grill, and tandoori and wood-burning ovens.

On the edge of the white sands of Kahala, the oceanside Plumeria Beach House is our open-air, all day dining restaurant. Guests will enjoy Hawaiis beautiful sunshine and stunning coastal view at the Plumeria Beach House. The restaurant is bathed in warm, natural earth tones reminiscent of a comfortable island home, with indoor and outdoor terraces taking full advantage of breezy trade winds. Its an ideal choice for casual dining, quiet meetings and cocktails at sunset, like our famous Mai Tai and specialties like Mango Madness or the popular Lava Flow.
In keeping with the restaurants promise of keeping things fresh, the dishes are updated seasonally. The expanded a la carte menu features new items such as Watermelon and Red Onion Salad, Chilled Hawaiian Seafood and Kiawe Grilled Tomato Bisque and BBQ Kurobuta Pork Chop with Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Hawaiian Long Beans and Pineapple-Mango Salsa.

Relax in the romantic ambience of old Hawaii. A perfect meeting place for afternoon tea or cocktails with live jazz entertainment. Designed in the tradition of a classic plantation home, The Veranda is a taste of old Hawaii. The comfortable lounge overlooks the Dolphin Lagoon with a choice of both indoor and al fresco seating amid the lush, tropical decor. Large, upholstered chairs are perfect for lingering over a cocktail or just escaping with a good book, as palm leaf motifs and island-inspired furnishings transport you to a tropical oasis.
Our afternoon tea is a tradition, after a long day spent sunning, swimming and exploring. In addition to an assortment of 13 hand-blended Hawaiian teas, we serve homemade scones with clotted cream and preserves, pastries and other confectionery. But at night the ambience changes as our live jazz band take to the stage and The Verandas intimate dance floor becomes a popular choice for a sophisticated evening.

客房漂亮干净,床是我睡过最好的床之一.
房间里有大型的宽屏电视,床上用品都是弗雷泰(Frette)的,舒服极了,洗漱用具是弗洛里斯(Floris)的.
我喜欢房间里的梳妆台,喜欢坐在床尾发呆.
早餐我叫的客房服务,非常舒服.
后来没有办法,我就问他们为什么我们的房间装修不通知我们呢,她却说他们没有义务让我们知道,除非我们打电话问详细情况.
Plumeria的自助早餐更是一流的,餐厅空气清新,还能远眺到海景.
我们在Plumeria Beach House的早餐吃的很爽,我们也在那里吃午餐,而且我们点的每一样东西都很新鲜都很美味(泳池/海滩旁的Seaside Grill每天的菜单都一样).
我们都是美食家,可真的都从没吃过那么好看又好吃的炒饭和清炒蔬菜,我们一下就把它吃完了,比吃虾还快!
第一天我们是点的菜,因为我们一般吃不了多少早餐,我觉得自己很幸运,服务员告诉我们还可以选择“冷”自助(欧陆式),每位只要16美元,再加上点菜的话肯定比30美元的自助还贵呢.
早餐除了鸡蛋类的菜其他都是自主的,当然非常好吃,所以大家不要一次拿太多了,不然会浪费的.
要是我能记住海边烧烤酒吧服务生的名字就好了,他竟然用摩卡奶昔做了一个冰淇淋,真是太好吃了.
下午,我们在海滩或泳池休息的时候,室外的服务生会送上水果奶昔和冰棒.
度假村的大堂宏伟而气派,悬挂着绚丽的水晶吊灯,极尽奢华,这是典型的亚洲热带风格.
我不太确定……海豚们在大水池里自由自在,生活得挺好的,也没有来自其他生物的威胁.
大堂很豪华很漂亮,就像很多杂志上说的那样.
我受不了酒店“和海豚亲密接触”的活动,那是一种体验吧?
有的时候能听到海豚笛子的声音(酒店客人和海豚近距离接触的项目),除此之外都很安静.
