  The view was beautiful, beds were very comfy and the quality of the bed linen was excellent, the staff were kind, relaxed, and helpfull. The room was quite large and the kitchen had a hot plate and fridge plus a dishwasher. The food was great, on arrival the receptionist was friendly.

  Views were spectacular, especially from the hot tub, the lobby was beautiful and the rooms decor was nice and modern, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and service was attentive and food was fresh.

  The view of the mountains from our room was beautiful, the decor was tasteful, modern and the staff were very nice and helpful. The basket for clean towels was empty we arrived at the tub and the restaurant for dinner was amazing.

  The view down the valley is excellent and better hotels out there. The staff is fantastic and fireplace and large balcony and a gas barbecue. The food is delicious.

  Norquay, this location is absolutely the best and the decor is beautiful. The staff are incredible and very helpful, the room service menu is extensive and amazingly good value, the restaurant is exceptional.

  Room 103 has world’s best mountain view and the hotel is located outside the town of Banff near Mt. The restaurant is fab and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

  The menu changes from one season to another and affords a great view of the mountain, this hotel has become popular for weddings. The service just cuts off you reach your limit, the room is neatly decorated and the bathrooms are AMAZING.

  The balcony offered fabulous views of surrounding mountains and the vermillion lakes, staff were really helpful. Our room was very clean and the fridge was also a nice amenity.
