Next to the Neman Marcus flagship store is this new designer boutique set in a 1920s Neo- Gothic Downtown property this hotel has truly made an impact. Featuring a chic rooftop lounge and a glass pool which partially overhangs of the building to afford a view of the strollers below, rooms with flat-screen TVs, extra large showerheads, energy- efficient eco-friendly lighting and sleek stone- and- white decor, you can even order room service from the lobby level Charlie Palmer restaurant.

The hotel is right in the middle of some great restaurants and bars, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the Joule Suite has a very very nice bathroom. Excellent pool side food.

The hotel is beautiful and art work is ornate, the staff here is also amazing. Room are stylish and modern great bathrooms, snacks waiting for the kids and a nice glass of champagne.

My actual stay at the hotel was quite delightful and the staff were very kind and very helpful. The beds were comfortable, we ordered dinner and found service prompt and appropriately friendly, and Maurilio the bartender at the pool was great.

Pool has a fabulous view and great place for a romantic get away. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are very nice well appointed and at the Charlie Palmer Restaurant Mr Chowdhary, MR Sean and MR William are excellent too.
