The location was ideal - far enough away from the city centre that it was quiet but close to the shopping centre and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable.

The restaurant was not open for dinner and room service was not available, even though it was the weekend.

I loved the location. In love with joondalup city...

Convenient location and modern facilities

The hotel location is excellent and close to shopping and dining areas. The rooms are modern and well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and clean. One more advantage is the free parking facilities which is not often offered in other hotels.

The hotel bathroom was in poor condition and needed maintenance. The showerhead was rusty and covered in lime scale, while the floor was also the same with lime scale, making it appear unclean.

The hotel is pretty new so everything is very nice, new, neat and tidy. The staff were helpful and it is in a central location close to main shopping complex and railway station.

It was a conference and so didnt have much use of the amenities. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the north end of Joondalup and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive - from the clean and tidy rooms to the basic amenities provided. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

While there were a few small maintenance issues in my room, overall everything was okay.

It was very central to everything, easy to get to and within walking distance to shops.

We found this hotel to be conveniently located with easy access to transportation, parking, and various restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and tidy bathroom. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were hassle-free.

Room was a bit small

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and excellent service. The staff were friendly and courteous, making my short stay very enjoyable. I was pleased with the basic amenities in the room, which had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location, nestled in a quiet area, was ideal, with a huge mall nearby and a lovely park to explore. I especially enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the street. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.
