I had a really nice stay at this place. The location is great, as it is really close to the shopping centre and it's almost on the main street. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The room service was excellent and the amenities provided in the room were of high quality. The swimming pool here is really nice and it was almost empty, so I had it all to myself. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.

Room smelled damp, no hot water, and poor air conditioning. Staff was unresponsive and not helpful. Location was not safe or desirable, with noise and pollution levels high. a disappointing experience for my city trip.

Stayed at this hotel during my city break, and I enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was also very convenient, with a number of great restaurants within walking distance. the 24-hour check-in was very helpful for my late arrival.
