                A nice, spacious place that's lost in the '60s, the pool staff were plentiful, attentive and friendly, the room service was good and prompt. Food was excellent and our parking was covered.

                Proximity to other interesting areas, the management obviously hires and trains well, balboa Island is just a few minutes drive away. The hotel has great service, the staff is very attentive and its employees are fast and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, the jacuzzi is pretty big and the restaurant is very good and fair priced.

                The area is nice and newport Beach itself is glorious. The hotel is very lovely, service is excellent and the room and bathroom are pretty large. Pool and jacuzzi are great, the poolside food is awesome as well, spa is elegant and clean.

                The location is great and for shopping you can just cross the street to fashion island, nice hotel is close to PIMCO and Pacific Life Insurance, the staff goes out of there way to be extra helpful. Room rates are very reasonable right now and the food is fantastic. Pool are excellent on a warm evening.

                The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, nice hotel is close to PIMCO and Pacific Life Insurance. Service is great.

                Eel pie island in the middle of the river thames is not a gigantic eel pie, the balcony is very narrow and the coffee wasn't even good and there wwas no complimentary anything.

                The room was beautiful and even had a view, the decor was awesome. The staff were extremely attentive, bathrooms were fabulous and the food was terrific, and the spa was pure bliss. The waiters were friendly and made us feel at ease, pool was good.
