The crowds abound in front of this beautiful hotel located in a national monument building and next to Prada and Gucci. It's tranquil and romantic inside the hotel; the staff is friendly and the rooms are relaxing. Some rooms have fireplaces and frescoed ceilings. Breakfast is served on an incredible roof deck. The Caffe Greco coffeehouse is just next door, which used to be frequented by famous people such as Byron, Wagner, and Goethe.

The Inn at the Spanish Steps – Small Luxury Hotel is located at the Via Condotti, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps. The street itself is famous for its exclusive stores including Armani, Bulgari, Cartier, Gucci, Hermes, Prada and Valentino. Moreover, the hotel is surrounded by many beautiful places of interest.

The hotel itself was founded in 1600 and refurbished in 2005. It was listed as a national monument. It is quiet and comfortable luxury boutique hotel. The hotel is decorated in contemporary black, brown and cream tones with oil paintings and antiques.

Thanks to the site in Icelandic language we were able to book very easily and the hotel room was very good and the location was the best. The staff were very helpful, our bedroom and bathroom we very nice and the bed was very comfortable, all of the restaurants were excellent.

Great location at Via Condotti and the most famous shopping street in Rome. Hotel staff we're very friendly and well worth the money. The rooms in the annex are furnished in modern style and had plasma tv, service is fairly good. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is perfect.

Excellent location for sightseeing, good restaurants nearby and the staff at the hotel were most helpful. The service was great, the bathroom was very nice and the mini bar was very handy especially after walking around in the sun all day. The rooftop garden & 'happy hour' snacks everyday were wonderful, the inn at the Spanish Steps was quite lovely.
