The staff is friendly the location is great, overall one of the better places we have stayed in and the rooms appear to have been renovated recently.

We might stay there again for the convenience of the two bathrooms, as well as the location, but we would check around first.

However, we had a 2 room suite (one room was a regular hotel room with 2 double beds, bathroom etc, the other had a pull out couch, table and chairs, desk and chair, two wingback chairs, bathroom, microwave and fridge).

One last comment, this suite cost less than what we had paid in the past for one room at the Country Inns and Suites, who don't even have connecting rooms.

The executive suite rooms are spacious and comfortable - I especially like the dressing area with sink and hairdryer separate from the bathroom.

If you've ever slept on a Westin Heavenly Bed, the Inn at Reading beds are similar and extremely comfortable.

We had an executive suite (husband's business trip) and it was large with a very comfortable bed.

It has it's own restaurant, but is also close to more restaurants and shopping.

The free continental breakfast was more than what you find in most continental breakfasts, but by 9 AM the eggs were "rubber" and the bagels were picked over.

The restaurant and bar area had ambience (including a pool table in the bar) with wood paneling.

Prices for the room ($99 per night during our vist) and restaurant/bar were very reasonable, especially considering the location midway between the Berkshire Mall and Vanity Fair outlets (just several minutes to each).

The breakfast buffest was adequate, I got to make my own belgium waffle which was a treat, but the dining room was very dark and and seats/booths not particularly comfortable.

The service staff was pleasant, but not particularly friendly or helpful.

Outdoor pool area was nice, the stay was not bad and the service staff was pleasant.

We happened to arrive for a manager's complimentary welcome reception on a Wednesday night and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent hamburgers and hot dogs, as well as some other snacks, that were included (so who needed dinner?

The stay was not bad and the front desk help were very friendly.

I knew the pool was outdoors, (which was a very pretty area), but it was too cool to swim unfortunately while we were there.

This was quickly remedied by calling housekeeping.

The pool is outdoors and being as though it was pouring the entire time I was there, I didn't use it but it like it would be good if the weather was nice.

Our stay at the Reading Inn was less than pleasant, the front desk person was very sweet and accomodating, our room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, the free breakfast during the week provided tasty eggs.
