    The location of the hotel was perfect, shopping nearby and many restaurants from which to choose.

    Nice location, the hotel needs better management and manor House for lunch was as well.

    Their parking is underground, and you access it through a closed in stairway.

    Good golf within 20 minute drive, decent nightlife within a 5 minute cab ride.

    We had a standard king room with a small but well-appointed bathroom, soft bed with crisp linens, and a sitting area with couch and chair.

    My room was a standard room with a king size bed and yes, the bathrooms are small and not luxurious.

    When I asked for a rollaway bed, it was quickly brought to my room and my friend slept very comfortably on it.

    The Houstonian has a very nice breakfast-lunch-smoothie bar in the enormous exercise facility and the pools are wonderful.

    The complimentary bar, a huge bathtub and exorbitant price for a continental breakfast.

    They offer breakfast in the morning, snacks (self-serve bar) in the afternoon, and a dessert hour in the evening- everyday.

    The check-in was not personable, the room was bland but nice quality, the restaurant for breakfast was in-diffrent.

    The hotel was clean, the staff were so nice and friendly, room service was extremely quick.

    Room service was fast, the continental breakfast on the Concierge Level was devine and the pools were very nice.

    The new pool is great place to get some sun, the spa service was out of this world!

    The fitness center is the best I've ever seen anywhere, this place is very well located and the cozy lobby is almost too inviting: perfect for inviting friends.

    A pro that we noticed was the free daycare for up to 3 hours at the Club while you workout, get a spa treatment or swim in the pool.

    It wouldn't cost a lot for this hotel to install a router for wireless usage.

    Our room was clean, concierge Level gave you continental breakfast and the pools were nice.

    The hotel was fantastic, the staff were so nice and friendly, the room was clean as well as any of the three outdoor pools.

    Rooms are clean and my wife really liked the fireplace -- is huge.

    Walking around the hotel grounds itself is very pleasant, the rooms are nice and clean.

    Our room was clean, and the doormen always opened doors for us and called us cabs, but those are the only positive things I can say about the Houstonian.

      The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver.

      Amazing fitness center and self park you can for free. Moreover this hotel is comfortable, the venue is perfect for the many conferences weddings and the staff is quick to respond to any need. Rooms are clean and my wife really liked the fireplace -- is huge.

      Located near Galleria, good value and well that could sum up The Houstonian perfectly. The conciege in the lobby was quite helpful, the service staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfy. The concierge computer was an ancient Dell and food were wonderful.

      Nice location, the hotel needs better management and manor House for lunch was as well. Staff was wonderful and room service was great. The food was fabulous, the alcohol at the Christmas party was free and the spa was absolutely amazing.
