Newly decorated accommodation with amazingly attentive staff at the reception desk. Comfy and perfect location within easy walking distance of a historical place museum.

Ideal old-fashioned hotel for 2 nights in Saranac Lake. Very nice staff throughout our stay. Recently refurbished & spacious room, with pay television, a safe box, and a microwave oven. Nice own bathroom. Beautiful, stunning location short walk to other shops and restaurants and the lake up the street and an incredible hike up Baker Mountain. Also, by the river. Great way to end our weekend.

I had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a perfect blend of historical charm and modern conveniences. The beautiful decor and updated facilities were impressive. The gym was surprisingly spacious. The hotel provided ample USB ports and electric outlets, which made it convenient for me to use my computer and charge all my electronic devices. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and the dinner was delicious.

Every detail of this charming and beautiful property was wonderful. Greatly enjoyed a double room I booked, it was bright. The staff was good and gorgeous, the breakfast was excellent. The location was marvellous for Saranac Lake, just next door to Saranac Lake, where the longer runway was more conducive for landing, such a historic landmark, and an incredible hike.

It has favourable, beautiful setting, just off the longer runway as well as an incredible hike up Baker Mountain. It has lovely, wonderful staff. The breakfast is good and the views of the street are awesome.

Ideal hotel with newly remodelled rooms, amazing views of village & lake. Good breakfast, a wide range of meals. Excellent location close enough to the gift shop, and the Blue Moon Cafe. Fine check-in, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Great choice for weekend.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Saranac. The room was comfortable and the old world charm added a lovely touch. The location was central and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Was an incredible base for weekend. It was fairly clean with very very nice staff at the reception desk. The hotel had a top-notch restaurant for pub-type food.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was great as it was within walking distance to downtown and I didn't have to use a taxi. The room service was excellent and the housekeeping did a fantastic job in keeping my room clean. Additionally, the air conditioning and heating were perfect, and the room amenities such as the iron and tea/coffee facilities were convenient.

I highly recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a pleasant stay during my visit. I liked brand-new rooms with a king bed and the staff were service-oriented and really helpful. The location was convenient and perfect - walking distance to pubs and eateries. There was a good restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.
