Cant comment on the breakfast (had late "brunches" on chapel street) or the pool / spa (didnt have time to check it out) but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by im sure it wouldve been great.

To get to the pool or any outdoor area, you have to go around and around corridors, through fire stairs, up again and through the gym.

The hotel pool and spa was filty in the rooftop area - it also needs a good lick of paint and attention to detail.

The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean.

Excellent service all-round, clean rooms, great facilities, one of the best locations in Melbourne for shopping, dining and going out.
