The business office has free computers, great restaurant and the waitress didn't write down my order.
The downtown location was perfect, the Hotel staff was excellent and the rooms were good.
Staff are professional, the rooms are quite nice and the food is as good or better than you'll find at Sullivans.

Beautiful views from tower one and the town of Anchorage was very good too. This place was amazing and staff were wonderful. The bathroom was modern and the pillows were awesome.

Loved the view from and lovely, clean, spacious room looking out to the bay. The hotel is classic and the staff is most gracious and very accommodating.

Lastly, the elevators really are very noisy and employees are rude and careless.
