  Convenient, centrally located.

  None.

  Clean, centrally located nice hotel. No breakfast offered for 3 star. Parking fee for car was reasonable. Would most assurably recommend this place.

  When we checked in later that day, it was fast, but other people that checked in earlier than us were complaining that their rooms were not cleaned. When I finally got to my room, my bed was not comfy at all and the pillows were lumpy.

  The first day we got there, the person at the front desk was rude, and didn't seem to care about the questions we had on where a certain confrence room was. The next day I got up to iron and the iron leaked water and left stains on my clothes. I had a non-smoking room and at night when I covered my self up with the blanket, the blanket smelled like it was transfered from a "smoking" room and put into mine.

  The 2nd time was a big improvement in helpful staff and it was busy with travelers. The lobby and resturant were very nice as well as the staff. The location is good for business travelers and tourists wanting something close to highway 10.

  The business meeting rooms appear to be very impressive. The room I stayed in still has work to be completed that hopefully the new management will take care of soon.

  If you need internet services, a fitness center or room service, you are out of luck. The internet service is on the TV screen only, the "fitness center" is a pass to the local YMCA (which is not right next door) and room service will only serve you if they "are not too busy" and even then it is only during very limited hours.

  Two friends and I stayed in the hotel for a week while there on business with a group, and on the third night awoke to a mouse in our room. Another woman in our group had already reported having mice, so we immediately called the front desk. However, when we went down to the front desk the next day, they refused to move us, claiming that they were 100% full. They ignored our request, and after another night of listening to scampering and chewing we approached the front desk to request traps once again. Instead, most of the staff was cold, or down right rude. They FINALLY agreed to move us to another room, however; when we arrived it had dirty sheets and cups from the previous guests!

  Front desk staff was very helpful, check-in went smooth. Rooms were older but in very nice condition, very clean and housekeeping was very attentive and delivered more pillows and towels when asked.
