            The location is really great and the Higgins Beach Inn is very nice. And the menu prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the staff is excellent. Our shower didn't drain very well and the chef is amazing.

            The location is great and the seafood aglio olio is amazing.

            The beds are extremely uncomfortable, no elevator and very steep and narrow staircase.

            Cute inn in pleasant beach community, beautiful Views and a great place south of Portland. Our room was comfortable and the lobby/restaurant/porch/bar areas were all inviting, the staff were all wonderful, the continental breakfast was a nice bonus, too.

            Good inn super restaurant and to the wonderful dinners at Garofalo's.

            No phones in room, quiet setting, tv downstairs, outdoor cafe, nice old Building and also, bathroom sink faucet was broken.
