Coffee service is served in the same location in the morning (they don’t tell you about the cookies or the coffee at check in).

We stayed in a Junior Suite with a king bed, lots of square footage, and a big marble bathroom with 2 sinks, a separate shower, toilet nook, and big bathtub.

The suite was absolutely incredible: huge (about 1,000 square feet), 2 bathrooms, giant living room, giant bedroom, 2 flat screen TVs, beautiful bathroom, and a lovely view of the State Capitol and rolling hills beyond.

The Hermitage Hotel, a beautiful old fixture of downtown Nashville, is overall a good place to stay, but its front desk and bell staff suffer from some customer-service problems than could easily be fixed.

I did enjoy a Sugar Rub in the spa and my husband thought the fitness room was top notch.

On the plus side, the room was spotless, spacious and beautiful.
