Hotel Santa Fe & Hacienda and Spa

The location is very convenient to the Plaza, without the traffic problems of hotels located further down Cerrilos Road.

The hotel's location is very convenient if driving, and I would respectfully disagree with the previous reviewer who said one could not walk to the plaza from there.

The charming Guadalupe shopping district filled, the location to the square and perfect setting in Santa Fe.

If you don't want to walk they will drive you anywhere nearby in their van or British Taxi Cabs.

A small bus or SUV was on hand to take us anywhere and pick us up at any time.

When I complained, after a long wait, I was offered a room in the Hacienda with a single bed, or a handicapped-accessible room--neither of which would have worked because there were two of us--one of whom is 6'3"--also, still not a suite.

We had a suite with a King bed and separate sitting area with fireplace.

Pool was nice, rooms were well decorated, bathroom was luxurious.

Service was great and the bed was very comfortable.

The guest rooms were incredibly comfortable - down pillows, mattresses, and comforters.

We usually ate the buffet although the last day the buffet was closed for a group and there was a message to go to to the restaurant if we wanted breakfast.

00 per person, we could eat in the restaurant and order a hot breakfast.

Breakfast was a notch above typical continental breakfasts.

We did eat dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, because it is supposedly renowned for its Native American cuisine.

The room was fairly expensive ($250 or so per night) and included a breakfast bar.

All the service staff at the hotel have a great attitude from the front desk and Concierge to the restaurant wait staff and shuttle drivers.

I would stay there again, but I would take the front desk staff's advice to always call and confirm when booking through Booked.net.

The rooms, service, and food at the hotel are as good as any in Santa Fe, and the friendliness of the entire staff is beyond compare.

Other pluses: free parking and the free shuttle service anywhere in the Santa Fe downtown area.

The service is fantastic, there is plenty of parking, most rooms have balconies -- the outdoor pool is nice.

The pool isn't large (and the water a bit murky), but for an in-town hotel it was fine.

Food at the hotel are as good as any in Santa Fe, wireless internet access free and fast.

Our four night stay was wonderful, the service was good a bit spotty and the room was clean and nice.

Our rooms were spotless, spacious and the staff could not have been friendlier or more courteous.

The staff just fine and the room smells fresh.
