everything was clean; it had a pool and a laundry room. the location of the apartment was marvellous for our needs, near to attractions. shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were available.

The room we stayed in had a bidet, and the convenient location in a vibrant area with many attractions made it easy to explore.

The room is brand-new and has a bathtub.

Amazing recreational center!

During our recent stay at Ascott, we were blown away by the amazing recreational center on the 7th floor. With a pool, gym, beach volleyball, and sandy beach area, it truly felt like we were on an actual beach! The facilities were clean and well-maintained. we had a fantastic experience at Ascott and would highly recommend it to others.

Location was excellent, room impressive with adequate ammenities and great bed, for instance and helpful staff at the reception desk and the tour desk. We asked for wake-up service, everything was good.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ascott Gurney Penang. The hotel's decorations were elegant and tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounges, were spacious and well-maintained, providing ample seating for relaxation. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed for easy navigation. It was comforting to know that the hotel considered the needs of older guests like myself.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people would be a more personalized assistance from the staff. While the hotel staff was polite and helpful, sometimes it felt like they were more attentive to the needs of younger guests.

My staff were helpful at the reception desk and the tour desk, thank you. All in all everything was perfect, as a bonus I received wake up service free of charge. Satisfied with bathtub and adequate ammenities and a great view available. Huge rooms, favourable location close enough to the island as well as the sea.

The hotel's cleanliness and brand-new large rooms were impressive. The location in George Town was convenient, right near Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza, as well as eateries and attractions like the reclining Buddha temple. Conveniently, a Starbucks was located next door, offering goodies and coffee.

The breakfast variety was great. The recreation area was fun for kids. The location was convenient. The room was spacious and comfy. The hotel had a range of facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the window was amazing. Branded toiletries were provided.
