Clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be adjacent to many pubs / restaurants, Wiltshire or Dorset and the establishment thanks to lovely location. Very helpful staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The breakfast was freshly prepared and marvellous and the English bar was a plus.

Overall had perfect stay on the 1st visit. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were good clean.

The stay here was fine on the 1st visit. The location on way to channel ferry was good and perfect for us. Further, it was close to Poole, and the town centre.

This hotel is pleasant, has very welcoming employees despite my request for a 1 hour later checkout being happily agreed 20 minutes by both the staff member at checkin and the staff member on duty at breakfast into the additional hour.

The room was immaculately clean and had an electric kettle and a fridge. The breakfast selection was amazing for early risers who need to be on the road before then. The location was brilliant and the staff was polite during the whole stay! Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were chatty.
