The South Pointe casino/hotel is next door, and the Coronado Cafe has very reasonable prices, and the food was very delicious.

The resort is quite a ways from the strip and if you are in Vegas to enjoy the strip you can do a lot better by staying in one of the hotels on the strip for the same price or less.

All the hotels and casinos have valet parking so we took advantage of that perk, and with only small tips saved our money for gambling and shopping and our feet for walking the sights.

We loved the Grandview hotel for it's value and location, and hope this deal is still availabe next time we travel to Vegas.

Food can be purchased nearby at the 'Food 4 Less' store North of the location.

A great location right down from the strip, but if you want to gamble the South Point meets all your needs and is a stone thows away.

The location is great with the SouthPoint Cassino next door for gambling.

You can take a taxi to and from the airport.

We ended up catching the bus to the airport which is a ten minute ride on the109 from the south transit station.

Positives: big space, modern furnishings, clean, big glass shower, two sinks and lots of bathroom storage space, jetted tub, washer and dryer with detergent, full kitchen, full living room with dining table, king-size bed in separate bedroom.

Very large, nice apartment-style room with jacuzzi, large bathroom, dining room table, living room with pull-out couch, FULL kitchen and master bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed.

The 2 rooms were well furnished with washer/dryer in room, full nice kitchen, jacuzzi tub and separate shower, confortable bed, and two TV's.

The lack of a restaurant was no not a problem because the restaurant/bar directly across the street has GREAT food, breakfast lunch and dinner - try the Fortattas for breakfast.

While there is no on site restaurant, the South Coast Casino is next door and has several restaurants including a breakfast at the cafe for less than two bucks if you go before 7 a.

No snack bar on site, so you drive for all your restaurant meals.

We ate there every day and the Big Sur Oyster Bar has great food!

Pool/fitness area were very nice, the casino across the street was great and hotel staff was very helpful.

The pool is very nice with a snack bar between the pool and the fitness center.

Swimming pol spa areas were very clean tidy, the experience was great outside the hotel lobby -.

I took my laptop thinking that like any other modern establishment in this world at least The Grandview would have Wi-Fi, but it didn’t.

PC and internet access was limited as PC's went down on a regular basis, there was one working when I left.

Very nice and clean and we loved the convenience of a suite.

The room was extremely clean, quiet and full of many amenities.

Room was spacious and just as it appeared in the website photos - very brand new and clean and even smells of fresh paint in the halls.

Staff friendly, clean suites and great breakfast buffet.

We couldn't believe we found a brand new, one bedroom, nicely furnished, clean, spacious, modern condo for just $70 a night.

    Well situated away from the hustle, just stay locally is ideal and the rooms are really nice. The washer/dryer is perfect and the buffet is great. The swimming pools out side are lovely.

    The common areas could use a good scrubbing e and windy during our stay so we didn't see many people there. The bathroom is HUGE, having a kitchen is so perfect being able to buy drinks and the pool is very nice.

    The view I had was awesome, we found extremely easy to self or valet park at all the hotels on the strip and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was nice so we did not have to eat out for every meal, the food was quite good. Check-in was great, the pool was quite cool.

    All areas were clean, right along Las Vegas Blvd so was easy to get to the strip and the staff was very accomodating. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the food was very delicious. The pool was great.

    Seattle Best Coffee shop, loved that we could go to the store and the little restaurant across the street is very good also. Decor is gorgeous and the front desk is very friendly. Hot tubs are wonderful, we liked the full kitchen and we ordered food from the grill twice.

    Pool area clean and spacious, the Grandview at Las Vegas was excellent. Furthermore the price was great, staff was really nice and check-in was fast. The bed was comfortable and the onsite snack bar was well stocked.

    Free DVD's to view, the hotel was great and everywhere I turned they were trying to get money out of us. The staff was nice, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well furnished. Meals were excellent and 2) Swimming pools were fabulous.

    Location next to the casino was nice, we liked the fact that we were close to a casino without having to stay at the hotel and the staff was very friendly. Moreover the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was great. I went out for an early breakfast and the pools were beautiful.

    Seperate bedroom nice size living area and just relax in one place as a group. Staff is friendly on check in and kids loved the game room. The washer/dryer is perfect, the buffet here is good and cheap, one of the pools has a free form rock formation complete.
