    The hotel is beautiful, price the treatment should be soooooooo much better and the staff at the club very good.

    Good location to other attractions, right off the highway.

    The marble bathroom with the extra deep tub and as of my latest visit, the plasma TV were wonderful.

    The room was a nice size and the flat screen tv very nice with sound in the bathroom.

    The room was decent, with two queen beds and a widescreen plasma tv (not HD, though).

    The bad: The bed linen was uncomfortable (scratchy, cheap) and the bottom sheet was flat, so it quickly rumpled into a mess underneath me.

    The bed did not have a clean duvet - it was triple sheeted with a thin blanket and a satin green comforter on top that was obviously not changed since the last guest.

    Saturday morning we ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but were charged for it (we thought it was included in the package?

    Nice room, rustic bar/restaurant tucked away that looked interesting.

    The package included dinner and breakfast at the resort restaurant, a room with a "golf course view", and two 50-minute spa activities.

    Sunday morning we went to get our free breakfast at the restaurant, but they were not doing breakfast but instead brunch.

    Service was terrible at lunch and Sunday breakfast (ate there because the brunch was $25/person.

    The Spa front desk staff were too busy talking about thier own stuff to be able to handle the guests.

    Hotel security were very helpful in accomodating her needs, the staff was great and concierge was wonderful.

    We were given our room key and told that we could order room service since it was so late (it was about 11pm), but the woman at the front desk was very short and not helpful.

    The front desk was rude and incompetent (lost my reservation) when I tried to reserve a shuttle to the airport (they don't advertise this but you can save a few bucks using the shuttle rather than take a cab).

    Beautiful lobby, great Stay and the spa staff were all delightful.

    The pool area is bricked in and next to the parking lot in front of the hotel?

    I think the reason for this is that the pool is FAR from the bar in the lobby which requires a long walk, which make for a warm beer!

    Rooms are exceptionally clean and smell good.

    Other food for the rest of the stay was excellent, the service was superb and the room was clean.

      The lady at the front desk was quite pleasant and the conference rooms were very nice. Additionally the Saturday breakfast buffet was very good.

      Rooms very comfortable and lauren at the bar also deserves special accolades for her great service. Also food very good, vOUCHERS for free dinner and a wonderful spa.

      A light snack in the relaxation room we waited for our appointment and great food.

      Nice room, rustic bar/restaurant tucked away that looked interesting.

      The service is excellent from the driveway throughout. Rooms are exceptionally clean and smell good. Quiet sleeping, heating and air conditioning is superbly quiet. Good location to other attractions, right off the highway.

      The food is unreasonably pricey (that's the only complaint).

      The building is very beautiful you walk into the lobby, the hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere and the rooms are very nice. Coffee is superb.

      Beautiful lobby, great Stay and the spa staff were all delightful. The rooms were wonderful, wet bar was convenient and the food was absolutely delicious.
